    Buyer Consultation & FIRB ScreeningIdentify target property and confirm Foreign Investment Review Board approval requirements upfront.

    Offer & Contract of SaleNegotiate terms and execute a contract of sale prepared by a licensed conveyancer.

    Title Verification & Due DiligenceConfirm registered Torrens title, easements, and any caveats via the state Land Registry.

    FIRB Approval & Stamp DutySecure FIRB approval where required and calculate applicable state stamp duty.
