NEXUSATLANTIC Properties
Full-Service Property Management

We Buy, Sell, and Manage Property — So You Don't Have To

Owning real estate on another continent shouldn't mean fielding 2 a.m. maintenance calls or chasing a tenant for rent from six time zones away. Nexus Atlantic's management division steps in as your on-the-ground team — sourcing and screening tenants, collecting and disbursing rent, coordinating repairs, and reporting back to you on a schedule you can set your watch to.

It's the same institutional-grade diligence pipeline we use for our own portfolio, extended to properties you already own or acquire through us — across both our US and Australia markets, under one point of contact.

What's Included

One Team, Start to Finish

The same firm that helps you acquire the property can manage it afterward, and handle the sale whenever you're ready to exit. Nothing gets handed off to a disconnected third party along the way.

Acquisition and disposition
01 · Acquisition & Disposition

We Buy It and Eventually Sell It, Too

We source, underwrite, and close on your behalf under the same diligence pipeline used across our own portfolio — title verification, inspection, and escrow, all handled. Years later, when you're ready to exit, the same team markets the property, negotiates the sale, and closes it, so you're never starting from scratch with a new agent who doesn't know the property's history.

Tenant placement
02 · Tenant Placement & Screening

Qualified Tenants, Not Just Any Tenants

Professional photography and listing syndication get the property in front of serious renters fast. Every applicant goes through credit, background, income, and prior-landlord verification before a lease is offered — vacancy costs you money, but a bad tenant costs you more, so we don't cut corners on screening to fill a unit quickly.

Rent collection and reporting
03 · Rent Collection & Reporting

Know Exactly Where You Stand, Every Month

Rent is collected on schedule and disbursed to you net of expenses, with an itemized statement showing exactly what came in and what was spent — no guessing, no year-end surprises. Statements are archived in your dashboard so you have a running financial history of the property for as long as you own it.

Maintenance and inspections
04 · Maintenance & Inspections

Small Problems Fixed Before They Grow

Routine inspections catch issues while they're still cheap to fix. Our vetted contractor network handles everything from a leaking faucet to a full roof repair, and true emergencies (burst pipes, no heat, security issues) are triaged and dispatched the same day — you're never the one googling a plumber at midnight.

The Difference

Self-Managed vs. Nexus Atlantic Managed

Most owners don't fail at real estate because they picked the wrong property — they burn out on the operational side. Here's what changes when we take that off your plate.

Managing It Yourself
  • ×Fielding tenant calls at any hour, in any time zone
  • ×Finding and vetting your own contractors on short notice
  • ×Chasing late rent with no local presence
  • ×Re-learning local landlord-tenant law on your own
  • ×Finding a new agent from scratch when you're ready to sell
With Nexus Atlantic
  • One dedicated point of contact handles it all
  • Vetted, pre-negotiated contractor network on call
  • Consistent, on-schedule rent collection and disbursement
  • Compliance handled by a team that already knows the market
  • The same firm lists and closes the sale when you exit
Who It's For

Built for Hands-Off Ownership

Overseas Owners

Clients who live outside the US or Australia and simply can't take a call about a broken water heater at 3 a.m. local time. We're the on-the-ground presence you don't have.

Multi-Property Investors

Once a portfolio grows past two or three units, self-managing stops scaling. We take over the operational load so you can keep acquiring instead of getting stuck running what you already own.

First-Time Landlords

Renting out a property for the first time comes with a learning curve most people would rather skip. We bring the process, the paperwork, and the experience so you don't learn the hard way.

Well-maintained property
Property Standards

A Property That Looks Cared For, Stays Rented

Deferred maintenance is the fastest way to lose good tenants and depress resale value. Every managed property gets a documented walkthrough at move-in, a routine inspection cadence throughout the tenancy, and a move-out condition report — so there's never a dispute about what changed and when.

Photos and notes from every inspection are logged to your owner dashboard, giving you a visual record of the property's condition over time, even if you've never set foot in it yourself.

The Process

How It Works

1

Assessment & Onboarding

We review the property's condition, market rent, and any existing lease — or help you acquire one — and set management terms and fees in writing.

2

Acquisition (If Applicable)

If you're buying through us, acquisition follows our standard diligence pipeline, then rolls straight into management with no handoff gap.

3

Tenant Placement

We market the property, screen every applicant, and execute the lease on your behalf before rent ever starts flowing.

4

Ongoing Management

Rent collection, maintenance coordination, and monthly reporting continue for as long as you own the property.

5

Disposition

When you're ready to sell, the same team markets, negotiates, and closes the sale — no new agent, no relearning the property's history.

★★★★★

"I bought the property through Nexus Atlantic and just assumed I'd have to find my own management company afterward. I didn't have to — same team, same point of contact, and I get a rent statement like clockwork every month without ever having spoken to a tenant myself."
