Oversees day-to-day operations across the New York and Sydney offices, keeping every transaction on schedule through our compliance pipeline. Joined Nexus Atlantic in 2016 after a decade in institutional real estate operations.

Sarah Whitfield

Chief Financial Officer

Leads financial strategy, escrow oversight, and capital allocation across the firm's US and Australia portfolios. Spent eight years in real estate finance before joining Nexus Atlantic in 2018.

James Patterson

Head of US Acquisitions

Leads sourcing and underwriting for every US property in our portfolio, from luxury residential to commercial allocations. Has closed over 300 transactions across 12 years in US real estate.

Elena Marchetti

Head of Legal & Compliance

Oversees contract review, regulatory compliance, and risk management for every transaction the firm processes. Built out the firm's in-house legal function from the ground up.

Rachel Kim

Director of Client Relations

The first point of contact for most new clients, guiding them from initial consultation through their first closing. Specializes in supporting first-time cross-border buyers.

Leads all Australia operations from our Sydney office, overseeing the conveyancer network and FIRB approval process that make our 60-day closing window possible.

Olivia Bennett

Director of Title & Conveyancing Services

Leads every title verification and due-diligence search conducted on Australia properties, working directly with state Land Registries to confirm clean Torrens title before any funds move.

Thomas Reid

Head of International Client Relations

Works directly with overseas buyers, coordinating remote transactions, Power of Attorney arrangements, and communication between clients and our Sydney team.
